OUR PLANS OFFER HIGH EARNINGS AND HOME WEEKLY ROUTES
$1300 SIGN-ON BONUS

Truckload pay plans offer a variety of pay and benefits giving drivers a CHOICE to choose which plan best suit their personal situation. The pay packages available include our Regional Full Benefits, Regional Limited Benefits and our NEW Apprentice program for drivers with less than 12 months but more than 6 months of experience. All Regional operations allow weekly home time especially if you live in our active lanes. Each regional plan also offers a Per Diem option which allows you to defer a portion of your mileage pay as a tax free reimbursement.

Hazardous Material endorsements are preferred however we will work with you to obtain it. We do not require Drivers to service New York City. If you have a valid HazMat endorsement now and you haul HazMat you will be paid an additional ¼ of a cent per mile to retain it and an additional $50.00 for accepting any HazMat load. We will also reimburse the TSA finger printing and background check fees when you go for your renewal. If you CHOOSE to service New York City, you will be paid a $100.00 bonus per shipment.

Driver Pay

Our Truckload pay plans compensation stands above most in the industry. Average driver pay for 2007 exceeded $55,000.00 with the highest earnings above $75,000.00 per year. Most importantly all drivers enjoy being home most weekends and depending on load assignment you may be home during the week. HIGH EARNINGS & HOME WEEKLY!

Q: How much money can I make with your company the first year of employment?
A:

An experienced driver that is familiar with our lanes can earn above our average of $55,000. A typical experienced driver living in our active lanes and running the Eastern US can make $65,000 or more and still be home weekly.

Q: What are my pay plan options?
A: We offer a choice of pay plans depending on personal needs including regional plan - full benefits, shorthaul full benefits, per-diem options, hazardous material options, New York city options, and each with limited benefits plans available which pay more per mile. All pay plans allow weekly home time.

Q: What other benefits do you offer?
A:

We have a wide variety of benefits available to full time coworkers after 90-days of employment. We offer a choice of healthcare benefits through Anthem BC/BS including our Basic Plan which is also a Health Savings Account (HSA) qualified, a Plus Plan, Premium Plan and a Cash-Out option if you have other healthcare coverage. Each plan has different deductibles, co-pays, out-of-pocket and contribution levels. All full time employees are provided at no cost a $15,000 life insurance policy and Short Term disability. Included in our offering is a wide variety of voluntary insurance benefits – Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability, Life, AD&D and Critical Care.

Q: Is there a 401k with a company match?
A: Yes there is a 401K plan. We will match 25% of the first 4% contributed in the plan. We offer a full complement of low cost funds from the Fidelity Investments. Eligibility is at 90-days of service and you can make deferral changes quarterly thereafter.

Q: What is a typical work schedule and how often will I be home?
A: The work schedules generally are where you leave out Sunday, Sunday night or Monday depending on your assigned load and the location of your delivery. Naturally if you have a long trip you would have to leave early Sunday. Those trucks with their first delivery within a short distance from their home could leave early Monday. The average radius for the fleet would be just over 500 miles. Drivers living in an active lane may find themselves home during the week. Most drivers are home on or before Saturday morning, some earlier. If they get in late Saturday or early Sunday, the drivers can ask to run short for Monday to get your full 34 hours off to restart on your 70 hours.

Q: What speed are the trucks set to run?
A: The company truck speed is set at 68 mph.

Q: What types of trucks?
A: International ProStar, 226 inch wheelbase, 435 - 460 HP engines, Autoshift transmissions, walk-in sleepers, electric APU and power converters AND Mack Vision CX with 222 inch wheelbase with 10 speed transmissions walk-in sleepers and power converters.

A: Assigned trucks, no slip seating. Drivers are permitted to take trucks home providing they are in route and they have a safe and proper parking area.

Q: How much will I make a mile and how do you determine paid miles?
A: With our many choices the rate of mileage pay will vary from 36 CPM to 47 1/4 CPM. This will vary depending pay plan, experience and service time. In addtion, you will have unlimited earnings potential with our referral bonus of 2 CPM for each driver referred and hired.

Q: Are drivers assigned to trucks?
A: Yes drivers are assigned to trucks. Slip seating only if we encounter breakdowns or equipment shortages.

Q: How are the trucks maintained?
A: Equipment is serviced and maintained at each maintenance facility and if unable to be routed through the facilities, work will be performed at various locations throughout our active lanes.

Q: How much East coast?
A: Better than 75% of all loads go to the Eastern US. This area, although may not be popular to a lot of drivers, is a great area for getting your annual earnings well above our current average of $54,000.00. In fact you will see an earnings potential above $65,000 per year if you run the Eastern US. The Northeast region has premium mileage pay and if you go into NYC you get the $100 bonus. Areas traveled are repetitive, where we typically go into and out of the same customers every week where once you become familiar with these areas, accessing them becomes very easy.

Q: How much driving experience do I need?
A: We require that you have at least 6 months of recent experience if living near our main office in Lewisburg or 12 months experience if living elsewhere.

Q: Do I need to have Hazardous Materials endorsement on my CDL?
A: No we do not require a Haz-Mat endorsement but for maintaining proper Haz-Mat credentials, you will be paid an additional ¼ of cent per mile for all miles driven and $50.00 extra per HM shipment. If you have not renewed your current Haz-Mat with the new TSA fingerprinting and background checks, the company will reimburse you the cost up to $94.00.

Q: Will I have to go to New York City?
A: No. Drivers can opt into NYC trips if they choose and will receive the extra pay of $100 for each load.

Q: Can I idle my truck?
A: We believe that a driver should be comfortable when sleeping. Driver should limit idling whenever possible to keep the long term idle to a minimum and save fuel. We do track idle time on trucks and will follow up with drivers that habitually have above average idle time. We are currently testing several auxiliary heat/cool units and are hopeful to make this standard equipment on all future trucks.
